Gift Certificates
A great idea if you want to give the gift of a portrait to someone special.
Many of my portraits are booked as gifts for loved ones. Unfortunately I cannot always honour special dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries, as I'm often booked beyond a requested date. With that in mind, I have introduced Gift Certificates as an option.
Simply choose a portrait size and type, let me know the date of the special day, and pay for the booking*. I will then add this booking to my waiting list in the usual way.
I will print your personalised certificate and post it out to you in time for you to hand it over to your giftee.
The double-sided certificates are personalised with the name of the giftee on the front, the name of the subject if you wish, and the size their portrait will be. Also included is the date the portrait will be undertaken**.
On the reverse are details of how the recipient can contact me, and when/where to send photos of their pet.
Each gift certificate is printed onto thick, high quality paper. A gift envelope is also provided.
This way, you have a pretty and well-presented "token" to give to your loved one, which acts as a placeholder until I am ready to begin their portrait!
It also means the recipient gets to experience the fun of the portrait process, like choosing the reference photos, and seeing the portrait come to life as I send them pictures of its progress.
Gift certificates can be booked whenever my commission status is "open".

* Bookings for gift certificates must be paid upfront, to the full value of the portrait, including the postal cost.
** Gift certificate bookings are added to the end of my current waiting list, in the usual way. This might mean several months' wait between the recipient's special day, and the date the portrait will actually commence. The duration between your giftee's special day and the date I will be able to begin their portrait will be clarified to you upon enquiry.
